All donations made through the Service are voluntary and non-refundable except as described in our Return and Refund Policy. By making a donation, you confirm that:

  • You understand that donations are used to further the Foundation's charitable objectives
  • You consent to the Foundation issuing a receipt for your donation for tax purposes where applicable

The Foundation is committed to full financial transparency. Allocation of donations is subject to the oversight of our Board of Trustees and annual public reporting.

All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. The Foundation does not store your complete card details.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), or the applicable local arbitration framework in the relevant jurisdiction.
