1. Services to students
The Trust does not charge students any fee for admissions guidance or study-abroad support. Because no fee is collected, no refund arises. Fees payable to universities, embassies, passport offices or other third parties are paid directly to them and are governed by their own refund rules.
2. Donations
Donations to a charitable trust are voluntary and are generally non-refundable, as they are applied to our charitable objects soon after receipt. We will, however, refund a donation where:
- an amount was debited in error or more than once (duplicate transaction);
- the wrong amount was entered because of a technical error; or
- a fraudulent transaction is reported with supporting evidence.
Please write to info@amaravatifoundation.com within 7 days of the transaction with your name, date, amount and transaction reference.
3. Recurring donations
Monthly PayPal donations can be cancelled at any time from your PayPal account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future payments; past payments are not refunded except as in section 2.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Bank or PayPal charges and currency-conversion differences on international transfers may not be recoverable.
5. Receipts already issued
If a receipt has been issued for a refunded donation, it will be cancelled.
